Are your products genuine?
All the products we sell on our website are 100% genuine from the original
brands. Our products are sourced from around the world, so a small number of the
products sold on our website may look slightly different from what you have at home,
but the products are still 100% genuine and produced by the original manufacturer
for that particular brand. For example, a product sold in the USA may differ in
appearance from the same product sold in Australia, but the product is still genuine.
We keep all our stock in a temperature controlled environment prior to shipping
and subject to regular quality control checks.
How much is the delivery charge and how long will it take to get my items?
Currently We do FREE SHIPPING to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Singapore!
All of the orders placed on our website will be dispatched from our warehouse and
distribution centre in Hong Kong. Once the parcel arrives in Australia (for Australia
customers) it will then depend on products in the parcel.
Skin care, makeup and hair care orders will be delivered through Australia Post
registered parcel. Please allow around 5-10 working days for the orders to delivered.
If you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will leave a note and the
parcel will be left in your nearest local post office for you to pick up.
Perfume, fragrance and cologne orders will be delivered by Australian Air Express. Please allow
around 7-12 working days for the orders to delivered. If you are not home at the
time of delivery the driver will leave a note and you can give them a call to arrange
a redelivery.
Delivery times vary and depend on the postal/courier service to the destination.
If your order hasn't arrived after 12 working days please contact us and we will
track the status for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use ANZ eGate as our secure credit cards payment gateway, which uses encryption
right through to the ANZ's EFTPOS networks where credit card transactions are automatically
processed. We DO NOT save your credit card information in our system.
We also accept PayPal. You can pay by your PayPal account through PayPal's secure
online payment page.
For customers who don't have credit cards or PayPal account, we also accept Direct
Bank Deposit. Please
contact us for our bank account
details.
Do you offer Money Back Guarantee?
YES! We are confident you will be happy with our products. However if you have any
problems with items you receive please report to us within 10 days of receipt. We
guarantee money back refund if you are dissatisfied in any way. Items must be returned
in the original condition in which they were received. Please note that the items
must be unopened and unused.
* Perfume products cannot be returned as they are classified as dangerous goods
by Australia Post.
What will happen if the products I ordered are out of stock?
We frequently update our stock quantity. However occasionally it still can happen
that the products you ordered are out of stock. In these cases:
- If part of your order is out of stock we will ship the items that are available
and refund you the amount for those that are out of stock.
- If all of the products in your order have been sold out we will then have to cancel
the order and refund in full.
